Are you a CRM specialist who thrives on solving complex problems, building stakeholder relationships, and driving system transformation?

We’re looking for an experienced CRM System Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term basis and take the lead in ensuring our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform is delivering maximum value. You’ll play a pivotal role across two major projects focused on customer retention and legal compliance, working closely with teams across the business to align our CRM strategy with organisational goals.

This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, agile environment where your input will directly shape how we manage customer data, streamline processes, and ensure legal and operational compliance.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of people, process, and technology, and you want to contribute to projects with real organisational impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and help shape the future of how we connect with our customers and manage our data.

What you'll be doing…

  • Leading the analysis, configuration, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM functionality and workflows
  • Supporting the delivery of two major projects (Retention & Legal) with clear CRM objectives
  • Overseeing CRM data quality, data governance, and compliance standards
  • Using DevOps practices to manage change, deployment, and system reliability
  • Working closely with IT, compliance, marketing, and customer operations teams to ensure CRM effectiveness
  • Acting as the subject matter expert on all things CRM, advising stakeholders and end users alike

What can you bring?

  • Proven experience in a CRM System Analyst or similar role, ideally within a transformation setting
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales/Customer Service modules a bonus)
  • Experience working with DevOps tools for managing change and deployments
  • Strong data management capabilities, including data governance, migration, and cleansing
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills – you're credible, collaborative, and clear
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical requirements with business priorities
