Match Day Drinks Waiter
This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
Come and join us as a Match Day Drinks Waiter in one of our prestigious Hospitality Suites at Ibrox Stadium, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience on busy match days
What you'll be doing...
- Welcoming and greeting guests with a professional and friendly manner
- Taking drink and food orders efficiently
- Confidently serving beverages using a drinks tray
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment within the suite throughout service
- Checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction and responding to any needs promptly
- Working closely with your team to deliver a smooth and seamless service
This is a fast-paced, exciting role in a lively stadium setting — ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality and thrives under pressure.
What can you bring?
You bring at least one year of waiting experience, with strong tray-handling skills and a confidence in serving beverages in a high-end hospitality environment. You’re personable, reliable, and professional, with:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to stay calm and efficient during busy match day service
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support teammates
- Attention to detail and pride in keeping your workspace clean and presentable
- Confidence in engaging with customers and ensuring they have an exceptional experience
Being 18 or over, you’re legally able to serve alcohol and ready to be a key part of the vibrant match day atmosphere at Ibrox Stadium.
