Part - Qualified Trainee Management Accountant
We are seeking a talented Part - Qualified Trainee Management Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team at Nisbets.
The ideal candidate must be a Part-qualified CCAB accountant and will support the transition to listed group requirements, working closely with finance business partners, the financial reporting team, and group finance. They will play a key role in monthly reporting, audit processes, and financial controls, helping to drive improvements and efficiencies across the business.
This role offers a hybrid working environment after a period of training, with 3 days in our Avonmouth office and 2 days working from home.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support month-end reporting, including journal postings and reconciliations.
- Engage in audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses with appropriate evidence.
- Manage fixed assets for both business-as-usual and ad hoc developments.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring financial controls required for a listed group.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required:
- Part-qualified CCAB accountant, Preparing to take Final exams
- Audit or Management Accounts experience - Minimum 2 years Experience
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Willingness to challenge and improve existing processes.
