What you will be doing:
- Contributing to the development and execution of business strategy.
- Leading the commercial agenda across core consumer product categories: Cards, Personalised Gifting, Non-Personalised Gifting, and other revenue streams.
- Overseeing product development to ensure alignment with brand values, audience needs, and market trends across:

- Creating and implement innovative commercial strategies that enhance margins, optimise supplier agreements, and generating new revenue streams.
- Leading the Design team to deliver fresh, on-trend, diverse, and brand-aligned products across our full range.
- Managing the Demand Planning function to ensure accurate forecasting and stock control—minimising waste and optimising production costs.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience at Executive or Director level within a digital retail business.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Senior leadership experience in online retail or e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of buying, product design, and development processes.
- Experience working within a brand-led, creative culture.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy.
- Proficient in IT systems and tools.
- Skilled in team leadership, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Innovation-driven, solutions-oriented, and partnership-savvy.
