We have a new opportunity to work as part of the Legal and Compliance Team within TGJones as Pensions and Risk Administrator. Reporting to the Legal Director and Company Secretary, the successful candidate will be responsible for the internal administration of the company’s Master Trust pension scheme and will also support the Risk team in managing insurance and property claims, in conjunction with other administrative duties.
What you will be doing:
- Produce pensions auto-enrolment letters for new employee starters
- Responsible for automatic re-enrolment in the pension scheme every three years
- Responsible for maintaining the Pension intranet page and ensuring it remains current
- Manage the administration for the pension scheme opt in/out process
- Responsible for monthly pension contribution checks
- Monitor and process any ad-hoc pension administration i.e. maternity contributions / contribution changes
- Manage the Company’s Income Protection and Life Assurance policies
- Work closely with the payroll team to notify of any employee changes or required payments
- Responsible for dealing with all new property insurance claims and collating appropriate documentation including stock lists, costs etc
- Setting up insurance claim files, entering details onto the database and following the claims through to completion
- Maintaining the Claims database to ensure all information is relevant and accurate
- Responsible for liaising with stores and external parties (including insurers, brokers, loss adjusters and third-party claims administrators) to reach satisfactory conclusion to property insurance claims and maximise monies recovered from third parties
- Providing various analysis/reports and management information to help the department manage insurance claims recoveries
- Dealing with day- to day queries
- Working as part of the Risk team, supporting other team members with various administrative responsibilities
- Assist with any amendments/additions to the TG Jones insurance programme
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills, including a professional and confident manner
- Good time management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Good PC skills – particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Flexible approach to work – capable of offering support to the wider team when required
- Previous Pensions experience desirable, but not essential
