Image Editor

We are seeking a talented Image Editor to join our dynamic eCommerce team at Nisbets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the creation of high-end photography and images, working closely with our photographer to ensure all assets meet our established best practices. You will handle end-to-end editing and post-production of images, review supplier images, and support new product launches.

This role offers a hybrid working environment after a period of training, with 3 days in our Avonmouth office and 2 days working from home.

Key Accountabilities:

• Retouch and edit a high volume of product shots, including studio, lifestyle, and model images, to meet agreed deadlines.
• Coordinate with photographers and stakeholders to ensure images reflect the brief and adhere to best practices.
• Review and retouch supplier images to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assist the photographer in preparing and delivering shoots as required.
• Maintain and organise project files for easy access to assets.

Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required:

• Proficient in digital retouching, pathing, colour grading, and compositing.
• Working knowledge of digital photography.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Creative with a keen eye for detail.
• Experienced user of Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced skills in using both PC and Mac.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
• Desirable: Experience with Lightroom, Bridge, Capture One, and video editing.
