We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reward & Data Partner to manage the Reward & Data practices and processes for the Global Nisbets business and its subsidiaries. This role is crucial in driving the fair pay agenda and delivering equitable processes, while also providing meaningful people data and insights to our business leaders.

This role allows for hybrid working, 3 days in our Avonmouth office and 2 days working from home, after a period of onboarding.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the Global Nisbets business and subsidiaries on Reward and People Analytics matters.
  • Design and maintain a Global Job Architecture, Job Family database, and pay grades, ensuring compliance with fair pay legislation and business needs.
  • Develop a benchmarking approach and framework, working with external data providers to maintain internal equity and affordability.
  • Use external evaluation tools to create and maintain a job evaluation process with internal governance.
  • Support ad hoc benchmarking activities, keeping abreast of market movements, talent landscape dynamics, and reward strategies.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver company reward cycles, including pay reviews, bonus schemes, and other incentive schemes as required.
  • Conduct benefits benchmarking and support local leads in delivering changes and market reviews as needed.
  • Liaise with HR teams globally to consolidate colleague data into a cohesive database.
  • Develop an organisational health dashboard to provide leaders with accessible people data, enabling proactive decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Support the creation of required reporting and analytics processes to ensure data quality and meet BAU reporting requirements.

Capabilities, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable experience in full reward management for approximately 1-2K employees, including pay and other benefits.
  • Experience in developing reward frameworks, job architecture, pay grades, and policies, including design, execution, and change management.
  • Experience in benchmarking and working with external data in multiple markets, including the UK.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing annual total reward valuation and processes on a global scale.
  • Familiarity with or working towards European fair pay requirements.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership, including executives.
  • High capability in Excel and the ability to learn PowerBI and work within HR systems to build reporting capabilities.
  • Highly organised, excellent at planning, and proactive in identifying business needs.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
