Who are we looking for? 

• An experienced delivery lead which as supported security teams deliver projects and services within a similar sized organisation
• Knowledge and understanding of requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence to challenge others in an appropriate way

What will you be doing day-to-day?  

• Ensure the Security Backlog is maintained and reflects the long-term desire to reduce security risk and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring security projects and services are strongly interlinked with the other delivery roles within Gamma Labs and the wider Gamma Group.
• Own escalations and issues, working with teams up to LT level ensure these are communicated effectively and addressed in a timely manner.

What you’ll need: 

• Strong decisive character required. Ability to make decisions at team level and provide clear communication.
• Executes project plans using industry standard methodologies, although will need to be flexible in approach depending on the demands of the project.
• Analyse complex situations, understand trade-offs, and help relevant stakeholders make informed decisions

• This role is hybrid from our Manchester, London or Newbury office.
